On November 15, 2024, we were invited to the school year closing ceremony for Niños de Guatemala near Antigua, Guatemala.

Students from preschool, primary, middle school and high school received recognition diplomas for their effort and dedication throughout the year.

It was a proud and joyful moment for the students, teachers, families, sponsors and partners gathered to celebrate their progress.

One of the strongest moments was seeing how Niños de Guatemala connects education with real future opportunities.

During the ceremony, two outstanding students were introduced to partner institutions and received job offers from respected hotels in Antigua, Guatemala.

The celebration also included student performances, from school plays to a traditional Mayan dance ending with the burning of the Devil — a Guatemalan tradition with roots in the colonial period.

At the end of the ceremony, parents and graduates celebrated with marimba music and group dancing — a joyful close to a proud day.

Afterwards, we visited the Niños de Guatemala model school in San Lorenzo el Cubo.

There, we saw how students work with science, technology, robotics, programming and English as part of their education. The school also supports emotional well-being, with a dedicated space where children can talk, reflect and manage their emotions in a safe environment.

The school also has a garden where students learn to grow food such as radishes, carrots, beets and lettuce.

During harvest season, some of the food grown by the students is used in school meals — giving the children a practical understanding of nutrition, responsibility and self-sufficiency.

Seeing the work of Niños de Guatemala up close made a strong impression on us. We are proud to support a project that gives children in Guatemala better opportunities through education, care and community.

The article about celebrating achievements with Niños de Guatemala shows how people can help kids learn and grow and feel proud of what they do. It made me think about my own school goals and hard weeks full of homework. Once when I felt stressed and behind I even searched online real estate exam help and used support from Take My Online Exam Pro so I could stay focused and finish my work with less worry. Nice post, it made me smile.
